We had pork knuckles (crispy pata) wrapped in bacon for our New Year's Eve dinner at home. I wish I can take credit for it. It was so delicious in all it's fatty glory! We bought it in a German restaurant.

i was going to ask you if you made this yourself. it looks really yummy. i don't mind gobbling it up, inspite of my diet.
