We were told that the kids would sing some christmas songs at 5:15pm. By 4:05pm, I was a bit hysterical because hubby was still in his office. We agreed that we'd leave the house at 4:00pm.
It was EJ's first performance and I didn't want to miss it. Thankfully we made it EJ's school early.
They made an effort to make the school christmas-y.
EJ with one of his bestfriends, Osuke.At 5:15pm, the teachers gathered the kids. But by then, the place was already full. They asked the parents to move back but the parents were hard-headed. LOL! The kids sang with a jampacked crowd. It was crazy. I had to climb on a train just to see EJ.
They sang 4 songs. It was sweet and short. I guess I expected more from the school. They should have made an effort to make it more organized. It was a bit messy. Nevertheless, I am so proud of EJ. He knew the songs and he looked like he had fun.
All the kids received gift from their teachers/school.
