My Brother, owner of the beach house.The occasion was a mixture of sadness and happiness. Sad, because my mother wasn't there anymore for their 40th wedding anniversary. And happy because my brother has finished his beach house.
This is the back of the house facing the street.
The house has three bedrooms, 2 toilet and bath and 1 powder room.
We invited our relatives from both sides of the family.
But I didn't expect we have this much of relatives, LOL! Just kidding. Some people here are just family friends and neighbors.The beach house will be officially opened on May this year. My brother said he'll do some more tweaking and will add a small cottage directly in front of the beach. The rental fee is P5000/night. It's a little expensive. But think of it this way. You have a big house. You can bring your whole family. It's fully furnished. All rooms have aircons. Maybe some Anilox roll cleaning materials are included too. LOL! Most importantly you have a glorious view of the beach and the sunrise.
And speaking of the beach, here it is. This was taken around 6:30AM when the sun was just starting to rise.
The sand is not white but it is very fine. It has a wide shoreline especially during low tide. The waves are small and not scary at all making it perfect for families with small kids.
And oh, it's great for skim boarding too.

Manang, thanks! Camera ba ni eric yung kumuha ng pics o yung digicam mo? Ang wide ng shots dun sa bahay. Parang type ko bumili pero wala pa akong extra cash. pag meron na akong extra cash, pa email naman kung anong model yang camera ni eric. thanks! mano

@Photo Cache, hehehe, sure why not?! Dalawa buffet table namin sa labas at sa loob ng bahay. But the food were the same. Andyan makikita mo sa pix =)
