It's that time of the year when I love to bake. Last Sunday, EJ and I baked another batch of muffins.
We did blueberry muffins.
I don't know why it did not rise as much. I probably must have put too much milk? But it doesn't really matter how it looks or how it tasted because what's important for me is that EJ and I are building memories.
I remember when I was younger and when we were still living in Tandag, my mother used to bake muffins. I still remember the smell of the muffins coming out of the oven up to now. It's one of those priceless memories I have of my mother.
If EJ will have good memories of me when he is older, I guess that's one of the greatest mother's day gifts ever.

It's two more days before Christmas. I am not sure if I will be able to blog before then. But if I don't, let me greet you guys a Happy and Meaningful Christmas! Let's spread the cheer and love around us. After all, Christmas is really about sharing and loving.
